How install SQL Server 2012 Express with Advanced Services on Windows 7?
I write step by step how install on Windows 7 Sql server 2012 Express. I download SQLEXPRADV_x86_ENU.exe file for my 32 bit OS. Run this file.
While extracting files you will be inform about waiting.
In installation window click New SQL Server … link.
You must wait several minutes.
In next step you see this window:
Click the Next button. Select box with Include updates.
Click the Next button. The install process will start.
After it you see features to install.
And in this step click the Next button either.
In Startup Type column select in all rows Automatic.
Click the Next button. In Database Configuration window in Server Configuration tab select Mixed Mode for Authentication. Type twice your favourite password to database.
Don’t change data in Data Directories tab.
Don’t change either User Instances tab.
Select all box in FILESTREAM tab.
Click the Next button. In Reporting Configuration select first option and click the Next button.
Don’t change data in Error Reporting window. Click the Next button.
You see Installation Progress window.
It take a lot of time. You must wait for end.
Click Close button. In next window you may close it.
In Start->All programms in Windows 7 You see tree of your SQL Server 2012 installation.
