Jak zrobić całkowicie przezroczysty pasek nawigacyjny w iOS 7

Chcę, aby Pasek UINavigationBar w mojej aplikacji był całkowicie przezroczysty i równo z kontrolerem viewcontroller bezpośrednio pod nim.
