Jak zrobić zdjęcie za pomocą AVCaptureSession w Swift?

Mam UIViewController, w którym używam AVCaptureSession, aby pokazać aparat i działa dobrze i szybko. Umieściłem UIButton Obiekt na górze widoku kamery i dodałem IBAction dla przycisku.

Tak to teraz wygląda:

Teraz chcę uzyskać obraz bieżącego widoku kamery, gdy użytkownik naciśnie przycisk:

@IBAction func takePicture(sender: AnyObject) {

}
Nie mam pojęcia, jak Mogę to zrobić. Wyobrażałem sobie, że może być coś takiego:
