How install Zend Framework 1.12.3 in Xampp server 1.8.3?
In my last post I write about xampp installation. Here You try install Zend Framework 1.12.3. So go to http://framework.zend ... ibrary; C:\xampp\php\Zend1\bin;
Click OK in all open windows.
