How set connection to PostgreSQL 9.6 database in Netbeans 8?
In Services tab right click the PostgreSQL node and choose Connect Using.
You see New Connection Wizard.
Change name of data ... shed.
Expand this node.
You see tables in mydb database.
To close connection, right click on this node and choose Disconnect.
